While I stated that John Krasinski (The Office) was an odd choice for the lead role. Now that it seems it could be down to Chace Crawford, Mike Vogel (Cloverfield) and Krasinski. I'm not really as down on John as I was before. I believe Vogel could be the most interesting of the bunch but does lack the popularity needed to sell the film. I now believe that there is more outcry of support for John taking the role. I'm sure that Marvel Studios would feel more comfortable with someone like him since he has a background in comedy and has a large following.
